Royal Persian Estate is a small, home-based cattery in Northern California specializing in Persian and Exotic Shorthair mix kittens. Our kittens combine the adorable, classic smooshed-face look of Persians with the easier-to-manage coats of Exotics — making them both beautiful and practical companions.Each kitten is raised in our home with constant love and attention. They’re exposed to everyday household activity and gently handled from a young age — including regular interaction with a child — which helps them grow into affectionate, well-adjusted companions.We breed thoughtfully, with an emphasis on health, personality, and breed quality. Our cats receive veterinary care, a high-quality diet, and early socialization to ensure a smooth transition into their forever homes.When you adopt from Royal Persian Estate, you’re welcoming a kitten that’s been raised with intention, care, and heart from day one.

Our Adoption Process
At Royal Persian Estate, we aim to make the adoption experience smooth, respectful, and filled with excitement for your new addition.Here’s how our process works:
01 Inquiry
Reach out to us through the contact buttons under each kitten’s profile. We’re happy to answer any questions and help match you with the right kitten for your home.
02 Holding Deposit
To reserve a kitten, we require a $300 holding deposit. This ensures your chosen kitten is held just for you and is no longer listed as available.
03 Adoption Agreement
We’ll send you a digital copy of our adoption agreement to review and sign. It outlines the responsibilities of both parties and ensures the kitten’s health and well-being.View a sample of our adoption agreement here:

04 Pick-Up Day
Kittens are typically ready for pickup around 8–10 weeks of age, depending on their development. We’ll work with you to schedule a pickup time that works for both sides. We do not ship our kittens — all adoptions are in person.
05 Going Home
Each kitten goes home with a small care kit that includes:
— A sample of the food they’ve been eating
— A vaccination/deworming record
— A few blankets and toys to help with the transition
Location Note:
We’re located in Roseville, California. If you’re coming from a distance, we’re happy to coordinate timing and logistics. For those outside the Sacramento area, we’re also willing to meet partway for an agreed-upon travel fee.
